This workshop will focus on telling your story through your LinkedIn profile and resume. There will be an opportunity for peer review, so bring copies of your resume and a computer. You will walk away with not only a plan for how to tell your story, but also concrete edits to your resume and profile. Additionally, we will have a photographer taking professional headshots to update your profile picture.

We're heading over to visit our Jewish neighbors at Temple B'Nai Shalom for Shabbat services on March 21st. We'll meet together in the lobby at 6:45p.m. and sit together. After, we'll chat with our rabbi, Rabbi Widzer about the service and life at the temple. Parents and families are invited to attend. Everyone needs to be dressed up to attend Shabbat services. No jeans, no hoodies, no sweatpants.

Our interactive, children's service invites kids to worship with their whole body. Geared toward preschool and elementary school age families, this 30-minute service is a way for kids to embark on the Lenten journey. We will offer ashes to those who want them and celebrate Holy Communion. There will be prayers, music, scripture and the chance to learn what Ash Wednesday is all about in age-appropriate ways.
This year we will be hosting a Pizza Dinner for families to gather together prior to the service. Join us for a time of faith and fellowship as we prepare ourselves for the season of Lent.

The Neurodiversity Ministry Team is for families who have members whose brains observe and navigate the world a little differently. We support each other in navigating the joys and challenges of supporting our loved ones (and, sometimes ourselves) with diagnoses that include ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other disabilities. We also support the whole church through discussions, trainings, accommodations and resources in continuing to be a welcoming church community to neurodiverse families. Rabbi Widzer and Pastor Keseley will lead a joint class exploring Jewish and Christian traditions around the life-cycle moments of birth, coming of age, marriage and death. Learn about why we do what we do in each faith while strengthening the relationship between our two congregations.
5:30-6:30 p.m. Youth Music with Dr. Dave

6:30-8:00 p.m. Youth Group with Pr. Kelsey (7th-10th Grade) and 6th Grade Hangout with Ms. Michaela
Youth can join Pastor Kelsey and Ms. Michaela for devotions, pizza, and games or projects on Wednesday nights. We are asking for a suggested donation of $5/student for pizza dinner. You can also donate $65 for the whole semester here. Choose “pizza” in the drop down menu.
Note: No Youth Wednesday programming on March 2 and April 16.
Wednesday, February 5
from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Bailey Hall
Mainly Music is geared for children birth through pre-K and their parent or caregiver. It is a chance for grownups and their kids to interact with one another and others through songs and movement. Each week we will have a 30-minute music session followed by a time for snack, free play and making new friends.
This is a community outreach event, so spread the word widely and let people know that all are welcome. There is a $5/week suggested donation at the door. There is no advanced registration or commitments, so come when you can and don’t stress when you cannot.

Join Pastor Keseley, Senior Pastor, for a time of support, prayer, scripture, sharing and learning. Federal employees and federal contractors are welcome to attend. Think about vocation and the work you do in the world through the lens of faith. Connect with others in the church who are navigating these times. Draw strength and hope from God and one another. No RSVP needed, simply show up.
